We are deeply saddened by the passing of Professor Dr. Kay C. Avant, a truly remarkable individual whose profound contributions to the nursing profession touched countless lives. She left an indelible mark on the nursing profession and on the Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Program at Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and Faculty of Nursing, Mahidol University.
Her legacy will live on through her unwavering dedication to nursing science, more importantly, in the hearts of those she mentored, cared for, and inspired to champion nursing excellence.
