This is Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) cohort who were hospitalized in Ramarhibodi hospital since 2010. This cohort is available in longitudinal format where every hositorical visits were record. Also, this cohort capture the newly diagnosis of T2D after 2010. The example features are available in this are glycemic profile, lipid profile, vital sign, comorbidities (eg. hypertension, dyslipidemia, chronic kidney disease), glycemic drugs (first and secondline drugs), lipid-lowering drugs and etc.
