This is a cohort of dementia patients who have been hospitalized at Ramathibodi Hospital since 2010. Dementia represents a significant and growing global challenge, affecting more than 55 million people worldwide and imposing substantial societal and economic burdens. It is a syndrome caused by a variety of diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and frontotemporal dementia. The variables to be collected include demographic data, medical comorbidities, physical examinations, laboratory tests, medications, and more.
