The Heart Failure (HF) cohort contained patient data since 2010 from Ramathibodi Hospital. Heart failure occurs when the heart muscle is unable to effectively pump blood throughout the body. This condition can arise from various underlying issues such as myocardial infarction, congenital heart defects, valvular heart disease, or excessive alcohol consumption, among others. In clinical settings, heart failure is identified through its characteristic symptoms and signs that indicate a decline in the heart's pumping efficiency.
