International White Cane Safety Day: October 15

On Sunday, October 15, 2023, a blind group of professors, staff, and Ph.D. students of the Ratchsuda Institute, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, participated in the International White Cane Safety Day organized by the Thailand Association of the Blind. The activity aims to encourage global society to recognize and promote the potential of the blind and visually impaired people.The white cane is a symbol for the blind and persons with visual impairment around the world.

On September 26, 2023, Dr. Somkiat Leelasithorn, the Acting Director of the Ratchasuda Institute, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, warmly welcomed the executive team and personnel from the Ministry of Health of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).
