On September 5, 2023, at Meeting room No. 613 on the 6th floor, the Medical Learning Resource Center and Ramathibodi School of Nursing Building, representatives from the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, extended a warm welcome to delegates from Universitas Surabaya, Indonesia. Assoc. Prof. Sirin Apiyasawat, M.D., Assistant Dean for International Relations and Research Collaborations, Assoc. Prof. Usanarat Anurathapan, M.D., Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Education, and Ms. Jirawadee Matoon, Head of International Relations Section, represented the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss potential collaborations between the two institutes. The visitors from Universitas Surabaya included Dr. Risma Ikawaty, Ph.D, Vice Dean of Academic Affairs, and Dr. Kevin Muliawan Soetanto, M.Sc, Academic Staff. After the fruitful exchange of ideas and information, the delegates were given a guided tour of various facilities within the Faculty including the library, comfort learning space, fitness center, and the shuttle commuting service.
