On January 12, 2024, a significant event took place at the Athasit Vejjajiva Conference Room, 5th floor, Queen Sirikit Medical Center, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Clinical Professor Artit Ungkanont, M.D., Dean, presided over the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Ramathibodi and Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. Representing Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital, Professor Yung-Shun Juan and Associate Professor Hsiang-Ying Lee participated in this important occasion.
This memorandum of understanding (MOU) emerged from the strong connection between the Division of Urology, Department of Surgery at Ramathibodi and Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital. Its primary objective was to facilitate knowledge exchange, share best practices, and foster collaborative research projects. This partnership is designed to enhance educational programs and elevate the standard of patient care in Thailand, with a particular emphasis on academic mobility in the field of Urology. The signing ceremony was part of the international event "Ramathibodi International Robotics and Urology Symposium (RIRS) 2024," held from January 11-12, 2024, under the theme "The Cutting-Edge Advances in Endourology."
เมื่อวันที่ 12 มกราคม 2567 ณ ห้องประชุมอรรถสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ ชั้น 5 ศูนย์การแพทย์สิริกิติ์ คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ศาสตราจารย์คลินิก นพ.อาทิตย์ อังกานนท์ คณบดี เป็นประธานในพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ระหว่างคณะฯ กับ Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital ประเทศไต้หวัน โดยครั้งนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ Yung-Shun Juan และรองศาสตราจารย์ Hsiang-Ying Lee เป็นตัวแทนของโรงพยาบาล Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วม โดยพิธีลงนามความร่วมมือดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ "Ramathibodi International Robotics and Urology Symposium (RIRS) 2024," ซึ่งมีขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 11-12 มกราคม 2567
วัตถุประสงค์ของการลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจนี้คือเพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ การแบ่งปันแนวทางปฏิบัติทางการแพทย์ ตลอดจนงานวิจัยร่วมกัน ความร่วมมือครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อยกระดับการศึกษาและยกระดับคุณภาพการดูแลผู้ป่วยในประเทศไทย
