On February 5, 2024, during the 23rd Thai Medical Education Conference (TMEC) 2024, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, and the University of the Philippines Manila College of Medicine, Philippines, held the MOU Signing Ceremony at the Convention Hall B2, 22nd floor, Centara Grand Bangkok Convention Center at CentralWorld.

This annual gathering convenes deans of medical schools from ASEAN member countries, promoting collaboration and progress in medical education across the region.
