On February 5, 2024, during the 23rd Thai Medical Education Conference (TMEC) 2024, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, and the University of the Philippines Manila College of Medicine, Philippines, held the MOU Signing Ceremony at the Convention Hall B2, 22nd floor, Centara Grand Bangkok Convention Center at CentralWorld.
On this occasion, Clin. Prof. Artit Ungkanont, M.D., represented the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital as the principal signatory, with Asst. Prof. Suchin Worawichawong, M.D., Deputy Dean for International Relations, serving as the witness. Meanwhile, Prof. Charlotte M. Chiong, Dean of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, acted as the principal signatory for the institute.
The memorandum of understanding aims to encourage collaboration in the field of Rehabilitation Medicine Research and to facilitate exchange activities for faculty, undergraduate, and postgraduate students from both institutes.
