On September 26, 2023, Dr. Somkiat Leelasithorn, the Acting Director of the Ratchasuda Institute, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, warmly welcomed the executive team and personnel from the Ministry of Health of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). The delegation was led by Dr. Khamxai Dechluesai, the Director-General of the Department of Health Rehabilitation at the Ministry of Public Health, Lao PDR.
The purpose of their visit was to familiarize themselves with the operations of the Rajasuda Institute, exchange knowledge and information about rehabilitation and counseling services, and gather information about the courses offered by the Ratchasuda Institute.
During the meeting held to discuss potential cooperation, Dr. Khamxai Dechluesai expressed a keen interest in requesting the Ratchasuda Institute's assistance in organizing training courses in Braille for visually impaired individuals and related personnel. Additionally, they were also interested in organizing professional computer skills training for disabled individuals in Lao PDR
เมื่อวันที่ 26 กันยายน 2566 ณ สถาบันราชสุด คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี อาจารย์ นายแพทย์สมเกียรติ ลีละศิธร รักษาการผู้อำนวยการ พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ และบุคลากรร่วมให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจากกระทรวงสาธารณสุข สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว (สปป. ลาว) นำโดย ดร. คำไซ เดชลือไซ อธิบดีกรมฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข สปป. ลาว ในโอกาสเข้าเยี่ยมชมการดำเนินงานของสถาบันราชสุดา พร้อมทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ข้อมูลด้านการบริการเพื่อฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพและการให้คำปรึกษา ตลอดจนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรที่เปิดสอนโดยสถาบันราชสุดาอัน
โดยระหว่างการประชุมหารือความร่วมมือ อธิบดีกรมฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข สปป. ลาว ได้แสดงความสนใจที่จะขอให้สถาบันราชสุดาจัดอบรมภาษาเบรลล์ให้กับผู้การทางสายตาและเจ้าหน้าที่ รวมถึงการจัดอบรมทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อวิชาชีพแก่ผู้พิการในสปป.ลาวต่อไปในอนาคต
