The initiative is supported by Thailand's Department of International Cooperation (TICA), the Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington, and the Mahidol University Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn

Auckland, New Zealand – June 1-2, 2025 – A high-level delegation from Mahidol University, led by Professor Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., President of Mahidol University, along with H.E. Mr. Waravuth Pouapinya, Ambassador of Thailand to Wellington , and Associate Professor Dr. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council of Mahidol University, concluded a successful two-day visit to New Zealand to foster medical and public health cooperation.

Taipei, Taiwan – From June 2 to 5, 2025, a delegation from the Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, embarked on a Smart Hospital Study Tour in Taipei, Taiwan.
