- Check-in time is normally 02.00 pm or earlier, subject to room availability and student's arrival flight. Three-day early (before starting date of elective internship) check-in without charge is possible.
- The accommodation fee according to period of stay is shared price with your roommate (if any) and must be paid by cash together with tuition fee on the first day of elective.
Check-out Rules and Regulations
- Check-out should be initiated by the student or resident within 04.30 p.m on the last day of elective rotation, which should fall on a weekday (Monday to Friday).
- Every student or resident is NOT allowed to check out from the room on weekends as there are no officers on duty to facilitate the check-out process and inspect for any any damage, removal, or loss to the room.
- As we are aware of any inconvenience that may occur in the case of a night departure flight, or an extended stay in Bangkok during the weekend, we can help sort out this problem by finding and reserving affordable off-campus accommodation nearby the Faculty as needed on a case-by-case basis.
