The lecturers from the Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Division conducted the resilience activity (4th session), titled "Building Resilience 2: How wonderful you are," on April 5, 2024, for third-year undergraduate international students at Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Mahidol University, Salaya campus. During this session, students learned about the concept of self-esteem: what self-esteem is and how to strengthen it.
