On June 23, 2025, at the Meeting Room No.2, Office of the Dean, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, hosted a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing ceremony with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), United Kingdom. This milestone event reflects a shared commitment to advancing academic collaboration in medical and public health education.
The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by Clin. Prof. Artit Ungkanont, M.D., Dean of Ramathibodi, followed by remarks from Dr. Melanie Morris of LSHTM. The formal signing of the agreement followed, symbolizing the beginning of a promising partnership between the two institutions.
Representing Ramathibodi were Dean Clin. Prof. Artit Ungkanont and senior administrators. The LSHTM delegation included Dr. Melanie Morris, Professor Pauline Paterson, and Mr. John-george Nicholson.
This partnership not only fosters deeper academic cooperation but also opens new pathways for Ramathibodi medical students to pursue master’s degree programs at LSHTM, reinforcing international academic exchange and capacity building in global health.
เมื่อวันที่ 23 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ ห้องประชุม 2 สำนักงานคณบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล คณะฯ เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)) กับ London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) ประเทศอังกฤษ โดยผู้แทนในการลงนามประกอบด้วย ศาสตราจารย์คลินิก นายแพทย์อาทิตย์ อังกานนท์ คณบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี และ Dr. Melanie Morris ผู้ช่วยคณบดีด้านการศึกษาจาก London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
โดยบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างสถาบันเท่านั้น แต่ยังเปิดเส้นทางใหม่สำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์ของโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีเพื่อศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทที่ LSHTM ซึ่งจะช่วยเสริมสร้างการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการระหว่างประเทศและการสร้างศักยภาพในด้านสุขภาพระดับโลก
