
On January 20, 2025, in Meeting Room No. 1 of the Main Building, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, hosted the conference titled “Vascular Malformations – Bridging Expertise Across Subspecialties: A Multidisciplinary Approach in Collaboration with SPIR”.
The event was officially opened by Professor Emeritus Sirintara Singhara Na Ayudhaya, M.D., Advisor to the Dean for International Relations and Special Instructor at the Department of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. Prof. Singhara Na Ayudhaya, who is also a Past President and Honorary Member of the World Federation of Interventional and Therapeutic Neuroradiology (WFITN), highlighted the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration in addressing complex vascular malformations.
This conference was organized in collaboration with the Thai Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (TSVIR) and Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, bringing together leading experts and specialists to exchange knowledge and strategies for treating vascular malformations. The discussions aimed to bridge expertise across various subspecialties, underscoring the value of an integrated approach to patient care. The event showcased the commitment of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital and its partners to advancing medical education and clinical excellence, providing a platform for groundbreaking insights and fostering collaboration within the global medical community.
