During June 12-14, 2024, Clinical Professor Artit Ungkanont, M.D., the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, represented the Faculty at the 14th ASEAN Medical Deans' Summit (AMDS) held at the Diamond Hotel in the Philippines. The summit centered around the theme "Revolutionizing Medical Education for the Next Generation." Accompanying the dean were Associate Professor Usanarat Anurathapan, M.D., the Assistant Dean for Research Administration, and Dr. Natdanai Mankasetkit, M.D., the Assistant Dean for Education from Ramathibodi.
The Faculty of Medicine at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, actively participated as a member of the ASEAN Medical Schools Network (AMSN). Moreover, the university had the honor of hosting the 13th ASEAN Medical Deans' Summit (AMDS) on February 5-6, 2024, in Bangkok, and was later invited to attend the 14th ASEAN Medical Deans' Summit (AMDS) which was hosted by the University of the Philippines Manila College of Medicine (UPCM) in this June 2024. During this significant event, Dr. Natdanai Mankasetkit generously shared his expertise on "Strategies in Simulation-based Medical Education."
