On November 14, 2024, at the Lecture Room 1 of the Department of Community Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Asst. Prof. Dr. Vijj Kasemsup, M.D., Ph.D., Head of the Department of Community Medicine provided a welcomed for Dr. Rama Krishna, M.D., Head of the Occupational Health Clinic at the University Malaya Medical Centre, representing the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Malaya, Malaysia, on occasion of his visit.
Joining Asst. Prof. Kasemsup were key members of the department, including Prof. Dr. Wichai Aekplakorn, M.D., Ph.D., Senior Lecturer; Asst. Prof. Chathaya Wongrathanandha, M.D., MPH., MSc, Head of the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Program Director for the Master of Science Program in Occupational Health and Toxicology (International Program); Dr. Sawanee Srijaroentham, M.D., MSc, Program Director of the Residency Training in Preventive Medicine (Occupational Medicine); and Ms. Jirawadee Matoon, Head of International Relations.
The visit aimed to explore opportunities for collaboration and to provide Dr. Rama Krishna with an opportunity to observe Ramathibodi's Occupational Medicine Clinic.
