Prof. Suchin Worawichawong, M.D, Deputy Dean for International Relations, along with Assoc.Prof. Chanika Sritara, M.D., Deputy Head of the Department of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology; Alan Chuncharunee, M.D. Representative, the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology, the Department of Internal Medicine; Thitiya Dejthevaporn, M.D., Head of Medical Oncology Unit, Department of Internal Medicine; Assoc.Prof.Krisanat Chuamsaamarkkee and Dr. Putthiporn Charoenphun, Lecturers in Medical Physics from the Department of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology, joined together to welcome the executives from Luang Me Hospital, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on the occasion of their visit. The delegates from Luang Me Hospital including Dr. Syphanna SOU Director; Prof. Mengkry THAY, Deputy Director, Dr. Sokha CHHUN Deputy Director, Dr. Socheat TOUCH, Deputy Director, and Dr. Bel SEAP, Head of Technical Bureau.
This visiting program was arranged as a part of the beginning of the activities as the first regional leader in Southeast Asia for The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Anchor Centre at the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. Ramathibodi aims to further expand its reach by accepting more trainees from other IAEA member countries in the future, with the ultimate goal of becoming the strongest IAEA Anchor Centre in Southeast Asia.
