2nd Virtual Academic Mobility with NTUCM: COVID vaccination

November 17, 2021, 04.30 – 06.00 P.M., the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, together with National Taiwan University College of Medicine, Taiwan, co-hosted the Virtual Academic Mobility via the web conferencing platform Zoom under the theme of “Current situation of COVID-19 Vaccination in Thailand and in Taiwan”. This event was the 2nd Virtual Academic Mobility program organized by the International Relations between the 2 institutes, aiming to exchange and discuss the challenges and opportunities related to the COVID-19 vaccine management. On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Jumpee Granger, Deputy Director for International Relations, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, along with Dr.Meng-Shin Shiao, Ph.D., Assistant Dean for International Relations provided short greetings to the participants on behalf of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital; while Asst. Prof. Suchin Worawichawaong, M.D., the other Assistant Dean for International Relations of Ramathibodi, and Prof. Cheryl Chia-Hui Chen, Associate Dean for International Affairs of NTUCM, kindly attended the event as the observers.

The virtual event had attracted 60 participants from both Ramathibodi and NTUCM. During the event, students from both sides had shared their opinions and knowledge regarding the type’s availability, the guidelines, vaccines’ potential, sequences, current situation of vaccination in the countries, as well as their point of view about administration plan and research of the COVID-19 vaccination.
