On November 2, 2022, the Center for Global Health, Osaka University, Hokkaido University, and the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, cooperatively held the 7th Joint Conference Rama- Hokkaido- Osaka University Joint symposium. The onsite event was run at the Alumni Hall “Frate”, Hokkaido University, School of Medicine, Japan, while the online platform was broadcasted via the ZOOM system.
The conference started with the opening remarks from Prof.Ken Nakata, M.D., Director of the Center of Global Health, Osaka University, followed by statements from Prof.Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University; Prof. Shinya Tanaka, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Hokkaido University; and Prof. Genta Kawahara, Executive Vice President of Global Engagement, Osaka University, respectively. The joint conference comprised lectures and presentations on various topics under the theme of "Development of International Human Clinical Research", sharing and exchanging the ideas of their research on Infectious diseases, Cancer, and Medical device.
