March 5, 2024, Clinical Professor Artit Ungkanont, M.D., Dean, the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, graciously hosted a welcome dinner at the Raweekanlaya Dining to express our gratitude and honor the esteemed delegates from Zhejiang University the occasion of their official visit to the Faculty.
The welcome dinner followed a series of daytime events, commencing with a warm reception earlier in the day. Dr. Pairoj Boonkongcheun, M.D., Deputy Dean - representing the Dean, together with Professor Sinee Disthabanchong, M.D., Deputy Dean for Research Administration, Professor M.L. Chagriya Kitiyakara, M.D., Deputy Dean for Innovation and Cooperation, Associate Professor Soamarat Vilaiyuk, M.D., the Deputy Dean for Graduate Education, Assistant Professor Suchin Worawichawong, M.D., Deputy Dean for International Relations, along with the assistant deans and the Representative from the Department of Clinical Epidemiology & Biostatistics, extended a warm welcome to the honorable delegates from Zhejiang University, China, led by Professor LI Xiaoming, Vice President, followed by Mr.Gu Guoyu, the Director of Hospital Management office, Professor LU Zhimin, Vice Dean for International Affairs, Professor FU Junfen, President of Children’s Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and Associate Professor CHEN Weiying, Vice Dean of the International School of Medicine.
The visit featured collaborative discussions on education research and academic mobility. The delegates visited key areas within Ramathibodi Hospital, including the MIND Center, Department of Pediatrics, and Ramathibodi Research Center.
