Virtual Exchange Activity with Tohoku University

Tohoku University, Japan, and the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, celebrated the successful launch of a virtual exchange program on February 11, 2021. 28 medical students from the 1st to 5th years participated in this collaborative session 



The first session started with presentations by the students introducing the two universities. Participants from both countries then gave excellent talks on the topic of "The Learning Experience During the Covid-19 Outbreak". All participants listened attentively to the presentations and both sides learned and became more curious about their partner country, its education system and culture, in addition to exchanging information and asking questions about the measures taken against the COVID-19 pandemic in their respective countries.



This activity aims to encourage the medical students from both Ramathibodi and Tohoku to share and exchange their knowledge despite the pandemic era.
