Research area
Our research aims to investigate cellular pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy by focusing on kidney podocytes and glomerular endothelial cells with following applications - Identify novel drug targets - Evaluate safety and pharmacological activity of Thai natural compounds on kidney podocyte and glomerular endothelial cells under diabetic nephropathy and aging - Identify the gut-kidney axis interaction via gut microbiota metabolites and G protein-coupled receptor signaling
