Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, along with the executive team from Mahidol University, led by Professor Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, President of Mahidol University, visited a strategic partner university at the Newcastle University, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor Nigel Harkness, Deputy Vice-Chancellor; Professor Chris Whitehead, Interim Pro-Vice Chancellor for Global; Elisa Miles, Deputy Director of the International Office; Laura Mitford, Head of International Recruitment; Sanjana Medipally, International Relations and Partnerships Manager, South & Southeast Asia; Lauren Marriott, International Recruitment Manager, South & Southeast Asia; Nicola Brooks, International Relations and Partnerships Manager, East Asia; Professor Emma Cockburn, Dean of Education for Faculty of Medical Sciences; and Professor Tim Cheek Dean of Postgraduate Research.

The visit aimed to discuss potential collaborations in the Post Doctoral Program and the field of Biomedical Clinical Medical Sciences.
