After completing the program, graduates will be able to:

1. Plan nursing and midwifery to provide health care to patients in accordance with nursing and midwifery standards by applying nursing and midwifery knowledge, empirical evidence, innovation, related sciences, ethics, professional law in nursing and midwifery, and related laws.

1.1 Link knowledge of nursing, science, health, social, humanities, and related sciences to holistically plan nursing and midwifery at individual, family, and community levels.

1.2 Analyze common ethical and legal issues in nursing and midwifery, using ethical theory and professional law in nursing and midwifery to support nursing and midwifery planning.

1.3 Holistically plan nursing and midwifery to be consistent with the health issues of patients according to the nursing and midwifery standards.

1.4 Evaluate nursing and midwifery practice to monitor the progress of nursing care.

1.5 Continuously improve the nursing plan to be consistent with changes in issues and health needs of the patients.

1.6 Design innovation to develop the quality of nursing and midwifery.

   

2. Holistically practice nursing and midwifery according to the national and international nursing and midwifery professional standards, ethical principles, professional ethics, professional law, and related laws with safety, values, and benefits in mind.

 

2.1 Accurately perform patients’ physical examination.

2.2 Accurately prepare tools to perform the procedure by considering the efficient and proper use of the resources.

2.3 Safely and technically accurately perform nursing and midwifery procedures determined by the program in the nursing labs and wards.

2.4 Holistically provide patients care based on health promotion, prevention, and health rehabilitation according to nursing and midwifery standards, with ethical principles, professional ethics, related laws, safety, values, and benefits in mind.

   
3. Conduct research related to nursing and midwifery by adhering to and complying with research ethics.

Create collaborative research

3.1 Identify research problems needed to improve the quality of nursing and midwifery.

3.2 Design nursing and midwifery research using concepts, principles, and theories from research articles and related academics.

3.3 Conduct research to answer identified research problems.

3.4 Accurately preliminary analyze quantitative and qualitative data according to research statistics in order to summarize the answers from identified research problems.

3.5 Accurately summarize research that has been analyzed, criticized, and cited according to research ethics in every step of research output.

   

4. Use information and digital technology for learning and practice in the registered nurse's role.

4.1 Search for information and knowledge using information and digital technology wisely from credible sources for learning and practicing in the registered nurse's role.

4.2 Correctly and properly produce media for knowledge sharing.

4.3 Systematically manage information technology for nursing and midwifery planning.

4.4 Show morals and ethics on the use of information and digital technology for learning and practice in the registered nurse's role.

   

5. Communicate in Thai and English languages with the patients or colleagues to effectively perform the registered nurse's role.

5.1 Use verbal and nonverbal communication to accurately and completely collect health data.

5.2 Provide health knowledge to patients by considering a diversity of age, gender, nationality, and culture to create motivation for health care.

5.3 Explicitly present knowledge or academic works on nursing and midwifery in accordance with academic standards using appropriate information and digital technology, and other media.

5.4 Explicitly communicate with patients and colleagues in accordance with objectives and academic reasons with the appropriate format and methods for the situations.

   

6. Work as a teamwork with the nursing team and the multidisciplinary in a suitable role for effective performance.

6.1 Complete tasks assigned by group as set goals.

6.2 Appropriately follow the work agreement according to the role of both a leader and team member.

6.3 Provide helpful feedback to solve problems, improve work, or increase group productivity.

6.4 Negotiate as intended to preserve the benefits of patients and job responsibilities.
