Ramathibodi School of Nursing and the Infection Prevention and Control Services, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, held an online academic conference entitled "IC Rama: Update Infection Prevention and Control."
On April 29, 2024, Associate Professor Dr. Poolsuk Janepanish Visudtibhan, Director of Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, along with Associate Professor Kumthorn Malathum, M.D., Senior Advisor, Infection Control Committee, presided over an online academic conference entitled “IC Rama: Update Infection Prevention and Control.”
In this regard, Faculty members from Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, along with external luminaries, were invited as speakers to share their knowledge and understanding, and exchange information about antibiotic resistance management, guidelines for waste management and ventilation systems in hospitals, using the SPC Chart and SIR for monitoring and assessing infection prevention and control, and to increase knowledge in infection prevention and control for public health personnel and apply the knowledge gained in effective work performance.
Registered nurses, infection control nurses, and nurse educators from Thailand’s public and private sectors participated in the conference.
