First-year students of the Master of Nursing Science Program at Ramathibodi School of Nursing attended a special lecture titled “The relationship between leadership and policy development and implementation” delivered by a faculty member from the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), USA.
On December 8, 2025, first-year students of the Master of Nursing Science Program (Thai and International Programs) at Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, attended a special lecture titled “The relationship between leadership and policy development and implementation.” The lecture was honorably delivered by Prof. Dr. Jyu-Lin Chen, RN, CNS, FAAN, Professor of Family Health Care Nursing, School of Nursing, University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), USA.
The objective of the session was to provide knowledge on developing nursing leaders who can apply Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in patient care, nursing team management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
