The International Relations Unit, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in collaboration with Deakin University, Australia held a special lecture by Associate Professor Dr. Debra Caroline Kerr, School of Nursing and Midwifery, Department of Nursing, College of Medicine, Deakin University, Australia on the topic “Communication skills for nurses” for Ramathibodi lecturers, Ramathibodi nursing students, Dr. Yen-Fan Lee, and exchange nursing students from Tzu Chi University, Republic of China and Deakin University, Australia.

The lecture was about the research that Associate Professor Dr. Debra Caroline Kerr has done and published in several academic journals in the field of communication skills for nurses, such as the nursing handover system, and the development of communication skills for nurses in various areas.

The lecture was very useful in applying knowledge to care for patients in the clinic.
