1  Recurrent pruritic erythematous eruptions for 4 years
2  Generalized it erythematous rash for 3 months
3  Chronic dermatomal eruption on chest for 3 months
4.1  Itchy band-like atrophic indurated brownish patches at left thigh and leg for 2 months
4.2  Asymtomatic band-like atrophic brownish patches on knee for 3 months
5  Multiple red nodular rashes at abdomen for 1 year
6  Hypopigmented sclerotic patch with central dark-brown papules for 2 ½ years
7  Multiple papules on face for 40 years  
8.1  Multiple wide spread comedone-like lesions for 5 years
8.2  blackish papules and inflamed nodules for  2  years
9  Chronic, pruritic, brownish patch on upper back
10  itchy rash on scalp and face for 10 years
11  Skin dyspigmentation for 10 years
12  Tense bullae and vesicles at trunk, both hands and soles for 8 years.
13.1  Multiple firm papules and nodules over 6 months
13.2  Multiple yellowish papules for 3 years
14.1  Multiple hypopigmented patches for 6 months
14.2  Multiple hypopigmented patches for 5 months
15.1  Progressive itching rash at extremities for 1 month
15.2  Pruritic rash at extremities for 2 months
16.1  Asymptomatic erythematous papules and plaques for 2 months
16.2  Pink papules and plaques for 1 year
16.3  Nodules on both elbows for 1 year
17  Progressive rash for 5 months
18  Multiple skin lesions at birth
19  Asymptomatic lesions on arm for several years.
20  Developmental delay and photosensitivity
21  Multiple erythematous papules in linear pattern at left leg
22  Multiple hyperkeratosis plaques on the body since age of 2 years
23  A slightly fast-growing nodule on chest wall over 6 months
24  Hyperpigmented verrucous plaques on both feet.
