Relevance to the Missions of the University
        The Occupational Health and Toxicology program encourages the university's mission by emphasizing in the field of health excellence and innovation with integrity for the betterment of Thai society and the benefit of mankind. Through the educational mission of our faculty, the program will provide the health science graduates to comply the need for a national health policy to solve health and safety problems of workers. This program is also aligned with the research and health promotion missions of faculty by preparing the students' knowledge about occupational health and toxicology. Knowledge can be applied to choose the right biomarkers of exposure, sensitivity indicators, biomarkers of effect, and biomarker of susceptibility. This leads to the creation of a protection system, pre-disease surveillance, and effective and precise management the laboratory. It has benefits to employee’s health. The health care system can be established in the area of occupational health and toxicology. Research will be produced, and knowledge transferred to target groups both at national and international level e.g. medical and health government agencies and private enterprises.
