Collaboration on 6 GHz Wi-Fi Enabling AR/VR and Dense Deployment for Healthcare and Education

On July 19, 2024, Prof.Piyamitr Sritara, M.D., the Acting President of Mahidol University, along with the executives from Mahidol University including Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Acting Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Acting Vice President for Research; Prof. Dr. Woraphong Manuskiatti, Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs and Services, as well as the executives representing the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital; Prof. ML. Chariya Kitiyakara, M.D., the Deputies Dean for Innovation and Cooperation, Asst.Prof. Suchin Worawichawong, the Deputy Dean for International Relations, and Assoc. Prof. Pongtong Puranitee, the Deputy Dean for Undergraduate Education, joined together in welcoming the Representatives from the US Embassy and Wi-Fi Alliance on the occasion of the "6 GHz Wi-Fi Enabling AR/VR and Dense Deployment for Healthcare and Education" event. The event aims to allow the Wi-Fi Alliance and Mahidol University representatives to discuss the transformative role of connectivity technology in medical education at the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. On this occasion, the Chairman of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission, Dr.Sarana Boonbaichaiyapruck, also attended the event as an honorable participant.
