Hirschsprung’s disease with unilateral blue iris 4. Spastic diplegia for 5 years 5. Patches at periorificial, ears and fingers for 5 years 6. Multiple papules on her face and neck for 2 years 7. Progressive facial eruption in 1 month 8. Progressive rash on the left cheek since birth 9. Painful eruption on both hands 10.1 Hyperpigmented rash on the trunk and inguinal area for 1 year 10.2 Skin rash over the body for 1 year 11. Dyspigmentation of hands and feet since childhood 12.1 Hypopigmented patches on both forearms for 2 years 12.2 Hypopigmented patches on both legs for 3 years 12.3 Generalized hypopigmented patches for 3 months 13.
