Online Registration Process for New Non-Thai Patients
1. Click on “Foreigner” or "In English" on the website http://med.mahidol.ac.th/medicalrecord/th and You will be redirected to non-Thai patient registration page, then click on “Register new patients”
2.Fill in your passport ID * Please re-check your information. The registration cannot be completed if your input information is incorrect. *
3.Click confirm to proceed the registration process
*Remarks : Only premium clinics are available to non-Thai patients
4. Kindly fill your information completely and accurately for your own benefit
5.Check the box to confirm that you have read and understood the statement above. Then, click “registration!” to record your information
6. When your registration is successfully completed, kindly get your HN card at the Medical Records Department by showing your passport for verification
