On January 23, 2024, at the Meeting Room No.910 A, 9th floor, Medical Learning Resource Center and Ramathibodi School of Nursing Building of the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Clinical Professor Artit Ungkanont, M.D., Dean, warmly welcomed Professor Hamish Laing from Swansea University, UK, in the occasion of providing a special lecture under the topic "Value-Based Healthcare and Health System Sustainability". On this special occasion, Dr. Somsak Chunharas, Chairman of the Foundation National Public Health Office (NSC), also honored the event with his presence with his lecture focused on "Value-Based Healthcare and Health System Sustainability: A Thai Expert's Perspective". Professor Hamish Laing serves as an international advisor to Dr. Pharanyoo Osotthanakorn, M.D., a recipient of the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program scholarship, who is also advised by Professor Samrit Srithamrongsawat from Ramathibodi’s Department of Community Medicine.
The PMAYP Mentor Lecture is an academic activity incorporated into the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program (PMAYP) Conference 2024. The Faculty was coordinated by the Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program Foundation under royal patronage as the event organizer.
เมื่อวันที่ 23 มกราคม 2567 ณ ห้องประชุม 910 A ชั้น 9 อาคารเรียนและปฏิบัติการรวมด้านการแพทย์และโรงเรียนพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ศาสตราจารย์คลินิก นายแพทย์อาทิตย์ อังกานนท์ คณบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ให้การต้อนรับ Professor Hamish Laing, Professor of Enhanced Innovation & Engagement Business, Swansea University อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาชาวต่างชาติของ นายแพทย์ภรัณยู โอสถธนากร คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ผู้ได้รับพระราชทานทุน “โครงการเยาวชนรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหิดล” ปี พ.ศ. 2564 ซึ่งมีผศ. ดร. นพ.สัมฤทธิ์ ศรีธำรงสวัสดิ์ อาจารย์แพทย์จากภาควิชาเวชศาสตร์ชุมชนเป็นที่ปรึกษาชาวไทย Professor Laing ได้ให้เกียรติเดินทางเข้าบรรยายพิเศษ หัวข้อ Value-Based Healthcare and Health System Sustainability ที่คณะฯ ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นภายใต้งานประชุมวิชาการโครงการเยาวชนรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหิดล ประจำปี 2567 (Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program (PMAYP) Conference 2024) ในโอกาสนี้ คณะฯ ยังได้รับเกียรติจากนายแพทย์สมศักดิ์ ชุณหรัศมิ์ ประธานกรรมการมูลนิธิสาธารณสุขแห่งชาติ (มสช.) ร่วมบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อ Value-Based Healthcare and Health System Sustainability: A Thai expert's perspective
อนึ่ง กิจกรรม PMAYP Mentor Lecture เป็นกิจกรรมทางวิชาการภายใต้งานประชุมวิชาการโครงการเยาวชนรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหิดล ประจำปี 2567 (Prince Mahidol Award Youth Program (PMAYP) Conference 2024) โดยคณะฯ ได้รับการประสานจากมูลนิธิรางวัลสมเด็จเจ้าฟ้ามหิดลในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ให้เป็นผู้จัดกิจกรรม
