History
In order to support and align with Mahidol risk management policy, faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi therefore set up Risk Management Unit and Risk management Committee (RMC), respectively. To be precise, RMC structure has been initially set up after RAMA board of director (BOD) meeting since 15 March 2012.

1. Setting up Enterprise Risk Management Policy and Framework
2. Compelling related risk-owner to periodically risk identify, risk assessment and mitigated risks
3. Controlling risk-owner in risk monitoring process
4. Periodic review internal control system and proposed some suggestion
5. Decision making and report key risks to faculty board of directors
