Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
At the end of teaching according to the curriculum, graduates will have the following skills and knowledge:
- Applied ethics, professional ethics, professional law, and legislation related to children and families, and make decisions to care for children and families based on professional ethics, and professional standards
- Having knowledge of the pediatric nursing science, research process, and statistics both theoretical and practical knowledge to address the complex nursing and health problems of children of all ages, both healthy and risk and illness at every stage until the end of life
- Conduct research and/or create innovative nursing and quality development projects by using the research process and empirical evidence to manage complex nursing and health issues or problems that are expected to occur in children and families effectively
- Demonstrate good leadership and team members, and be able to work as a team with health teams, patients and families to deliver positive health outcomes for children, and responsible for continuous learning, self-improvement, and professional development
- Have skills in using digital technology and information, able to analyze and process information for management of health problems, communicate effectively with children, families, nursing teams and multidisciplinary teams and present information appropriately to different groups of people
