Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs)
After completion of the program, the PhD graduates are able to:
- Have responsibility and adhere to codes of ethics and professional conduct relevant to nursing profession and health (ELO1)
- Apply a body of knowledge and strengthen skills and competency in developing research related to health (ELO2)
- Develop nursing research and innovation to enhance health care system and nursing (ELO3)
- Initiate changes to improve health care and nursing systems by demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills, and understanding the diversity and multiculturalism (ELO4)
- Disseminate knowledge, convey and exchange knowledge in academic and public forums, and effectively use communication and digital technology at both national and international levels (ELO5)
