- Students who have not received a full scholarship from any agencies or have received an insufficient amount of scholarship for research supplies fees. The programs and the Faculty of Graduate Studies may consider a reduction or waiver of the research supplies fee for students on a case-by-case basis.
- Students who do not graduate according to the study plan (2 years). Students must register and pay the amount of 7,200-10,700 baht (semester 1) and 5,800 baht (semester 2) to maintain student status every semester until graduation.
