The 14th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI 2021) will be held in Shanghai, China, during October 23-25, 2021.
Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases, i.e., EI Compendex, SCOPUS, and CPCI (ISTP), etc.(All CISP-BMEI 2008-2019 papers have already been indexed by EI Compendex and included in IEEE Xplore. Substantially extended versions of best papers will be considered for publication in a CISP-BMEI special issue of a SCI-indexed journal. CISP-BMEI 2021 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society.
