Dose

  • ADULT: 10 mg/kg every 8 hours a day for 5 days, followed by 10 mg/kg twice daily for 14 days

  • CHILD: 350 mg/m2 every 8 hours a day for 5 days, followed by 350 mg/m2 twice daily for 14 days

Adverse drug reaction

  • Rash, Diarrhea, Loss of appetite, Nausea, Vomiting
